Hundreds of kids rolled up for their chance to join in Play AFL Day at the Sydney Royal Easter Show on Tuesday.

Eager young footy stars lined up to try their skill on the BIG KICK throughout the day even scoring a helping hand from some special guests from Team GWS and the Sydney Swans.

But it was the chance to name the new AFL team in Sydney’s West that proved most popular on the day. Loads of visitors young and old put their minds to the test to come up with the perfect team name – and even got to design a tattoo to match!

Our very own superstar Paul Kelly was on hand to sign autographs and join in the fun and games.
