Greatest individual effort you have seen on the footy field: Alicia Eva running down Kate McCarthy in the last game of season two when everyone else on the ground was stuffed and we were getting smashed.

Best rule in footy and why: Rotations whenever you want – it’s a big help to our gut-running midfield group.
