Hailing from Queensland, Brad Miller was drafted into the AFL in 2001, playing 133 games for Melbourne between 2002 and 2010 and then a further 24 games at Richmond in the 2011-12 seasons.

Miller’s father was a coaching legend in Queensland and so it was no surprise when Miller took up a role as a Development Coach at Melbourne in 2013.

Miller moved to Sydney ahead of the 2016 season to take up the role of the GIANTS' NEAFL Coach. Miller led the GIANTS to their first NEAFL Premiership in 2016. In 2018 Miller moved into an Assistant Coaching role, taking charge of the forward line.
