The GIANTS will be bolstered by star All-Australian duo Jesse Hogan and Lachie Whitfield for Saturday’s huge home clash with the Cats on Saturday.

Hogan will take his place against Geelong after recovering from illness and foot soreness which kept the reigning Coleman Medallist out of last week’s win over the Eagles in Perth.

All-Australian teammate Whitfield will also return to face the Cats on Saturday after being cleared of concussion symptoms which sidelined him last week.

Whitfield’s return will result in a special milestone on Saturday, with the dashing defender to become just the third player to play 250 games for the GIANTS.

The All-Australian pair come into Adam Kingsley’s side in place of promising young duo Max Gruzewski and James Leake.

After three consecutive thrillers against the Cats, Saturday’s clash shapes as another enthralling battle as the two top eight sides continue their push for a spot in September.

The GIANTS and the Cats will face off at ENGIE Stadium from 4:15pm on Saturday.
