One of the competition’s best midfielders, Parker will be looking to remind the footy world of her brilliance in 2026 after missing almost the entirety of the 2025 AFLW season with a season-ending ankle injury suffered in round one last year. Hailing from Holbrook in Southern NSW, Parker has established herself as one of the league’s premier inside midfielders after bursting onto the scene in her debut 2019 season. Earning a NAB AFLW Rising Star nomination in her very first game as a sign of things to come, Parker took her game to another level in her second season where she was named an All Australian as well as winning the Gabrielle Trainor Medal as club champion. At just 21, Parker became the club’s first dual All Australian and two-time winner of the Gabrielle Trainor Medal when she received both recognitions again in 2021. A bona fide star of the competition, Parker has won a record four club champion awards – all in consecutive seasons - before finishing runner-up in 2023. Parker had another stellar season in 2024, leading her side in disposals (24.6) and clearances (5.8) per game to finish fourth in the Gabrielle Trainor Medal, before missing the 2025 season through her unfortunate ankle injury.
