1. He’s been the club’s leading goal kicker every season since the GIANTS entered the competition.

2. He’s had the same player sponsor, Andrew McNeil of Yarmouth group since he joined the club as a 17-year old.

3. He has his own instagram account dedicated to his love of fishing and shooting: @outdoorathlete.

4. His girlfriend Indiana is the sister of his good mate Ryan Griffen’s wife Jasmine.

5. His dad and his coach share the same name: Leon Cameron.

6. Jezza and close mate Dawson Simpson had to be rescued by lifeguards when his boat was hit by a freak wave and sank off the coast of Sydney.

7. Jezza entered the world at a whopping 10 pounds on April 1, 1993 - the locals in Dartmoor were taking bets on how much he would weigh as his mum Kelly described herself as being “the size of a truck”.

8. His food of choice post game is a meat pie.

9. Jezza grew up loving Collingwood but his favourite footy player was another left footer, Essendon sharp shooter Matthew Lloyd.

10. The Dartmoor Swans changed their name to the Dartmoor GIANTS in 2014 because of the impact their favourite son was having in orange.

11. The kids at the local primary school in Dartmoor update the tally board out the front of the school every week during the AFL season which tracks the number of goals Jezza has kicked.

12. After kicking bags of seven on five occasions, it took until Jezza’s 150th game to break that with a nine-goal haul to claim the 2019 Coleman medal in the final game of the season against the Suns. 

13. Jezza is the only player remaining at the GIANTS that was part of the club’s 17-year-old intake in 2010 that was based at the Rooty Hill RSL Club.

14. Jezza went along to Show and Tell at Beaumont Hills Primary School in 2015 at the request of young GIANTS fan Lincoln.

15. When Jezza found a wallet before the 2019 Prelim, he tracked down the owner and left a hand written letter and a $50 note in it so the owner could buy a GIANTS scarf and beanie. 

16.  In his early playing days, Jezza was known for sleeping up to 13 hours a night. His early-rising beloved puppy Billie has changed that in recent years. 

17. Jezza kicked the opening goal of the GIANTS’ only Grand Final appearance in 2019.

18. Over the off-season, Jezza joined Stephen Coniglio’s new look leadership group for the first time.
