Jed Lamb will make his way to Greater Western Sydney via the NAB AFL Pre-Season Draft after the young forward delisted himself from the Sydney Swans on Wednesday afternoon.

Lamb has been destined to join the GIANTS since agreeing to a three-year deal with the club in late October, but the Swans were unable to arrange a trade for the 21-year-old.

The Swans' refusal to cut Lamb, who has played 12 games in three seasons, means he is unable to move as a delisted free agent.

The GIANTS, however, will hold pick No.1 in the Pre-Season Draft, ensuring his passage to the club.

Recruited with pick No.21 in the 2010 NAB AFL Draft, Lamb sought a move to the Giants for more playing opportunities.

He was the only player to delist himself ahead of Wednesday's deadline.
