In 2026, the AFL proudly marks the 11-year anniversary of Sir Doug Nicholls Round - honouring the extraordinary contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander players, cultures, and communities to Australian football.
This year’s celebration takes place over both rounds 10 and 11.
The GIANTS will celebrate Sir Dough Nicholls Round at home at ENGIE Stadium in round 11 as we take on the Lions.
The special occasion is now in its 20th year as a dedicated Indigenous Round and its 11th year bearing the name of Sir Doug Nicholls.
2026 INDIGENOUS JUMPER
The GIANTS will wear their 2026 Indigenous Jumper across Sir Doug Nicholls Round, with the jumper to be revealed in the coming weeks.

There are a number of parking stations available around Sydney Olympic Park. The closest to ENGIE Stadium are P1 and P6. During major events, parking at Sydney Olympic Park can book out, so we recommended pre-booking to secure your spot. Pre-booked parking closes at 11:59pm the day prior to an event, unless booked out prior.
