Four GIANTS have been added to the extended squad for Sunday’s Expansion Cup clash with the Suns.
Kieren Briggs, Jake Riccardi, Harry Rowston, and Joe Fonti all enter the 26-man squad as the GIANTS prepare to hit the Gold Coast for a heated clash with the Suns.
Briggs and Riccardi are both looking to return to Adam Kingsley’s side following strong performances in the VFL last weekend, while Harry Rowston is hoping he can find his way back into the side after his role as the team’s travelling emergency last week.
Meanwhile Fonti will be hoping his strong 2026 campaign can resume in the AFL side on Sunday after he was forced to miss last week’s win over North Melbourne through suspension.
The GIANTS will be forced to make at least one change to the side this week following the unfortunate knee injury to promising young ruck Nick Madden who will be sidelined for the immediate future with a PCL strain in his right knee.
The GIANTS will name their final 23-man side on Friday at 5pm.
