GIANTS captain Rebecca Beeson is expected to be available for selection after being cleared of any signs of concussion following contact to her neck in the third quarter of the round nine loss to Geelong.  

The midfielder was involved in an incident which has resulted in the financial sanction of Cats player Rachel Kearns and was assessed by medical staff, before returning to play out the final quarter. 

Beeson will train fully with the team this week ahead of Saturday’s match. 

Alicia Eva is also expected to be available for selection and will train with the team, after missing the round nine match due to quad awareness. 

The team returns to Henson Park this Saturday for their home Pride Round fixture against the Fremantle Dockers, at 3:05pm. 

The GIANTS will name their team to face the Dockers at gwsgiants.com.au, at 6:20pm on Thursday.
