The Suns await on Saturday, with the GIANTS travelling north to the Gold Coast for round four, looking to bag their first points of the season at People First Stadium on Yugambeh country, celebrating the second week of AFLW Indigenous Round.

AFLW INDIGENOUS ROUND
Indigenous Round continues into its second week in round four (6 - 7 September) of the AFLW season. The 2025 theme, Past Legacies, Future Legends, recognises three significant anniversaries and pays tribute to the powerful legacy of Indigenous players, while shining a light on the next generation of trailblazers. GIANTS’ forward Aliesha Newman delivered a uniquely personal gift to the Crows in round three, a hand painted Sherrin which she crafted over 15 hours, exchanged for a shield from red gum trees, presented by Adelaide. The club will continue to celebrate and honour the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities this week through themed activities, storytelling, and donning their specially designed Indigenous jumpers.
MEMBERSHIP

The GIANTS will name their round four team to take on the Suns at 6:20pm on Thursday at gwsgiants.com.au.

The GIANTS’ clash with the Suns will be shown live and free in NSW and the ACT on 7Mate and 7plus from 1pm, as well as nationally on Fox Footy, Kayo and Binge from 1pm.
