Big Victorian clubs and a blockbuster Derby match headline the GIANTS’ season at home at GIANTS Stadium. 

As revealed earlier in the week, the GIANTS will open their season at GIANTS Stadium against the Adelaide Crows on March 19.

The round one match will be new coach Adam Kingsley’s first game in charge of a new-look GIANTS outfit.


The GIANTS will play two home games in the first three rounds – also taking on Carlton in a twilight clash in round three – before the Sydney Royal Easter Show moves into GIANTS Stadium. 

The GIANTS will return in round 10 with a Sunday evening clash against St Kilda before Richmond travel to GIANTS Stadium in round 12 for a blockbuster match up. 

In round 14 the GIANTS will host Fremantle in their preferred twilight timeslot ahead of the round 15 bye. 

In round 17 the GIANTS host Hawthorn before the return Derby against the Swans in round 21. 

The GIANTS will close out their regular season at GIANTS Stadium with a round 23 match up against Essendon. 

The full fixture for the first 15 rounds has been revealed, as well as the match ups and locations for the final eight rounds, with the time slots to follow later next year.
