Ben Hart
An Adelaide Crows legend and former AFL great, Ben Hart joined the GIANTS as an assistant coach ahead of the 2023 season as part of the new-look coaching group led by first-time head coach Adam Kingsley.
Hart is the club's midfield and stoppages coach.
An Australian Football Hall of Fame and Adelaide Crows Hall of Fame inductee, Hart is a four-time best and fairest winner and two-time premiership player with the Crows.
Debuting as the Crows’ youngest ever player at just 17 years of age, Hart endured a remarkable career from 1992-2006 where he became the first Crow to play 300 games.
Finishing his playing days on 311 games, Hart was named in the All-Australian team four times and is regarded as one of the best and most versatile defenders of the modern era.
After his retirement, Hart spent 13 years working as an assistant coach at Adelaide and Collingwood and was most recently a senior coach in 2022 at the Northern Bullants in the VFL.
