Selected with pick 54 in the 2025 AFLW Draft, Janscheck is a GIANTS Academy product with plenty of potential as a relative newcomer to the game. Playing in just her second year of football in 2025, the 184cm ruck is a former netballer who transferred her skills on the court to the footy field to strong effect in 2025. Hailing from New South Wales, Janscheck’s aerial skills and athleticism displayed for the GIANTS Academy saw her receive a call-up for the Allies and ultimately picked up by the GIANTS in December’s draft. She also featured in Sandringham’s VFLW side last season prior to being drafted. While Janschek is still honing her raw skills as a newcomer to the game, her competitiveness, athleticism and desire to get the best out of herself make her an exciting prospect.
