A newcomer to the GIANTS in 2026, Boltz joined the club in the summer via a trade with Brisbane after playing 28 games with the Lions – including their AFLW premiership win over the Kangaroos in 2023. A Queensland junior, Boltz is a competitive medium defender who brings toughness and versatility to the GIANTS’ backline in 2026. After becoming a mainstay in the Lions’ side in 2024, Boltz suffered a hamstring strain ahead of round one last season and didn’t return to the side until round nine, managing three appearances for the club across the season.  Boltz bolsters a young but formidable GIANTS’ backline, bringing a strong desire to compete one on one, while also adding some dash alongside the likes of All-Australian defender Cambridge McCormick and fellow newcomer Tilly Lucas-Rodd.
