Originally drafted by Melbourne in 2012, Jesse Hogan played for the Demons and then Dockers across eight seasons, kicking 170 goals over 90 games before a move to the GIANTS ahead of the 2021 season. A powerful key forward who twice won the Demons’ leading goalkicker award, Hogan has flourished since his move to Sydney, kicking 104 goals in 50 games since switching to orange and charcoal. Locked in until the end of the 2024 season, Hogan had a career-best year in 2023, kicking the most goals in a single season of his career with 49 majors, while playing 23 games, the most in any season to date. Hogan also had his best individual performance of his career in 2023, registering a new personal-best nine goals and 17 marks to go along with 24 touches in starring display against Essendon in round 23.
