Forward Callan Ward has accepted a one-week suspension for rough conduct during the GIANTS' loss to the Lions on Saturday afternoon. 

The incident with Lachie Neale was assessed as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact which equates to a one-week suspension.

Ward will miss round seven as the GIANTS take on the Swans in the Sydney Derby at the SCG on Saturday.
