A GIANTS Academy product, Thomas was taken with pick 59 in the 2023 AFL Draft and has quickly shown to be a valuable member of the GIANTS’ AFL side. Debuting in the club's Opening Round win over Collingwood at the start of the 2024 season, Thomas played in 22 games across a brilliant debut season which saw him receive an AFL Rising Star nomination in round 14 following a starring game against Port Adelaide. Thomas added 18 more games to his name in another strong season in 2025 to take his game tally to 40 ahead of the 2026 AFL season. While small in stature, Thomas' toughness and his footy IQ combined with his silky left foot have seen him become a valuable contributor across half-forward for Adam Kingsley’s side.
