The GIANTS have added former Melbourne and North Melbourne defender Jasmine Grierson to their AFL list for the upcoming season.

The 23-year-old has played 32 games in the AFLW competition since arriving at the Demons for the inaugural season.

She spent two seasons at Casey Fields before moving to North Melbourne for their first season in the competition and played 19 games there over the past three seasons.

Grierson joins the GIANTS in exchange for pick 28 in the upcoming NAB AFLW Draft.

GIANTS Head of Women’s Football Briana Harvey said:

“We’re excited to add Jas to our list for the upcoming season.

“She’s young but has so much experience already at the top level which will be a great addition to our group.

“It’s been a really exciting off-season for our club and we’re looking forward to the new season more than ever.”
