GIANTS fans will have the opportunity to get closer to their favourite players than ever before with AFL and AFLW training live-streamed via the club’s Facebook account.
Alan McConnell’s AFLW team will hit GIANTS Stadium at 5:45pm on Thursday night and you’ll have the chance to be there and witness their preparations first hand.
With the finals rounds of the AFLW season cancelled due to COVID-19, the GIANTS are preparing for their first ever final which will be played on Saturday against Melbourne at GIANTS Stadium.
Friday morning will see new AFL captain Stephen Coniglio take his troops through their paces in Friday’s light training run at Tom Wills Oval ahead of Saturday’s season opener.
After days of uncertainty, the AFL season was given the go ahead on Wednesday evening with the GIANTS hosting the Cats under lights on Saturday, March 21.
