Former Dandenong Stingray Nick Haynes will become the 27th debutant for the Greater Western GIANTS when they play reigning AFL premiers Geelong at Simonds Stadium this Saturday.

GIANTS Co-Captain Phil Davis caught up with Nick ahead of his AFL debut to gain an insight in to how the athletically gifted twenty-year-old is feeling ahead of his first game.

“Personally I’m very excited to play my first game against Geelong.,” Haynes said.

“They’re obviously a really good team, they’ve won a few premierships over the last couple of years so I’m really looking forward to it.”
