On the eve of the GIANTS’ first home game in Canberra for the season, the club has passed the 10,000 member mark for 2015.
As the GIANTS get set to play Melbourne at StarTrack Oval, Canberra on Saturday afternoon there are 10,002 GIANTS members signed up, with the club expecting big things in 2015.
The season got off to a flying start with the GIANTS beating St Kilda in round one last weekend and the side is looking to start 2015 with a 2-0 record against the Demons tomorrow.
It’s not too late to get on board and help the club break last year’s membership record of 13,047.
Canberra fans have three huge home games in the nation’s capital this year, kicking off tomorrow against the Demons.
The GIANTS will then play an historic ANZAC Day clash against the Gold Coast before one of the best teams of the modern era in Geelong travels to Canberra for the first time in recent history.
The GIANTS’ season in Sydney kicks off against the reigning premiers, Hawthorn, in a twilight clash at Spotless Stadium on May 9.
The GIANTS have some huge clashes at Spotless Stadium in 2015 with the side set to face the Adelaide Crows, Brisbane Lions, North Melbourne, St Kilda, Essendon and Carlton across the year.
The club will also host the Swans in the Battle of the Bridge in round 21 with the GIANTS securing a famous victory over their cross-town rivals in the same fixture last year.
Membership packages start from just $79 for adults and $25 for juniors.
There are a range of options, including Sydney and ACT specific memberships, three-game memberships and Victorian memberships.
A three-game Sydney family package for two adults and up to four kids is just $170.
