The GIANTS have made two changes for their must-win clash with the Power this weekend, with Kieren Briggs and Joey Delana entering the side.    

Briggs returns after missing the last two games with an infection on his leg.  

Prior to his time on the sidelines, Briggs played his best game for the season, registering 19 disposals, five clearances, and 51 hit outs in the win over the Cats in round 18.  

Briggs’ return will mark the first time that both he and fellow ruck Nick Madden will play in the same side. 

Meanwhile Delana has been called upon for just the ninth game of his AFL career, with the talented 20-year-old rewarded for a standout VFL performance last week which saw him tally 22 disposals, eight tackles, six clearances, and two goals against the Swans.   

Briggs and Delana come into Adam Kingsley’s side in place of Finn Callaghan (injured) and Conor Stone (omitted). 

Sitting outside of the top 10 with just four games left, Saturday’s clash at Adelaide Oval is a must-win game for the GIANTS and their bid to feature in September.
