GIANTS members and fans can secure their seats for the club’s highly anticipated Opening Round clash with Hawthorn from Wednesday, December 10.
The unique Opening Round fixture will see the GIANTS host the Hawks at ENGIE Stadium on Saturday, March 7 as Adam Kingsley’s men look to kickstart their 2026 campaign with a bang, while also seeking revenge following their heartbreaking Elimination Final loss to Hawthorn in September.
The best way to secure seats to the massive season opener is through a GIANTS membership. By signing up for a GIANTS membership, you can lock in a reserved seat to the Opening Round clash alongside fellow members of the Orange Army.

The GIANTS’ exciting 2026 Opening Round clash with the Hollywood Hawks is once again set to rock ENGIE Stadium following the success of the GIANTS’ Opening Round fixtures over the last two seasons.
An initiative introduced for the 2024 AFL season, the Opening Round fixture will once again see the AFL’s four northern clubs open the season with standalone games across NSW and Queensland, while for the first time the Opening Round initiative will also feature a match in Victoria in 2026, with the Saints hosting the Magpies at the MCG.
In 2026, Opening Round will continue to be fully reserved seating, to ensure our entire Orange Army can pack into ENGIE Stadium and make a big big sound. As this is a fully reserved seating event, general admission members will need to redeem a ticket with their membership barcode. If you have a 2026 GIANTS membership with reserved seating then you do not need to purchase a ticket to the Opening Round fixture and can gain access on game day by scanning in.
Meanwhile, members without match day entitlements, as well as non-members, must purchase tickets through Wednesday’s sale to guarantee their attendance at the blockbuster clash between the GIANTS and the Hawks.
