Super 24 Carnival
October 7–9, the GIANTS Academy's Under 13, 14 and 15 Boys and Girls squads travelled to Coffs Harbour to compete in the annual Super 24 Carnival against the Sydney Swans Academy.
It was a fantastic opportunity for our emerging talent to challenge themselves in a high-quality environment, and we’re incredibly proud of how all our teams performed across the weekend.
The carnival offered valuable development both on and off the field — helping players strengthen their skills, resilience, and teamwork. It was also a great learning experience for our coaches, who collaborated and shared insights in a competitive setting, while families enjoyed cheering from the sidelines and connecting with the wider Academy community.

Upcoming Academy Trials — U16 to U18
Our focus now turns to the next generation of GIANTS. Trials for the Under 16, Under 17 and Under 18 Boys and Girls programs will take place over the coming weeks across Sydney, the ACT, and the Riverina. We can’t wait to uncover fresh talent as we begin building our 2026 Academy squads.
Successful athletes will progress to the 2026 Academy Pre-Season Program, officially kicking off in November. We encourage all aspiring players to get involved and show us what they’ve got!
