Ruckman Braydon Preuss has been offered a one-week suspension by the Match Review Officer after being charged with striking in the GIANTS' loss to Fremantle on Saturday night.
The incident with David Mundy was assessed as intentional conduct, low impact and high contact which equates to a one-week suspension.
There were no other incidents from the game.
Preuss will miss the GIANTS' clash with Melbourne in round five on Saturday at the MCG.
