Membership Renewals
When do 2025 memberships go on sale?
2025 memberships were available for purchase from September 30, 2024.
Will I receive confirmation my membership renewal has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email within five working days of your membership being processed as well as a receipt of your purchase immediately after your payment.
Why has my 15-year-old child been removed from our family membership?
Under AFL regulations, once a child turns 15, they are no longer eligible to be a junior member. The date is relevant as of January 1 each year. For the 2025 season, any child born before 1/1/2010 is no longer considered a junior member. The GIANTS have a concession membership that your 15-year-old child can renew onto.
I was a concession member last year, why have I been regraded to an adult?
As per AFL guidelines, concession status is required to be verified each year. Please send us a copy of your concession card to membership@gwsgiants.com,au and we will regrade this for you.
Will my membership automatically renew each year?
If you have purchased your membership online or are on a GIANTS Easy Pay Plan, then your membership will roll over each season. For 2025, your membership will have rolled over on November 3, 2024. If you would like to sign up to be on GIANTS Easy Pay, simply call membership staff on 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687). If you no longer wish to be on GIANTS Easy Pay, you can opt out once you have completed your last instalment and contact our team on 1300 442687 or membership@gwsgiants.com.au.
How can I cancel my auto renewal?

How can I upgrade my membership?
If you wish to upgrade then please call 1300 442 687 and have your member ID ready. Our friendly membership staff can talk you through our upgrade options. Alternatively you can email membership@gwsgiants.com.au with your member ID and any relevant information and we can point you in the best direction to either purchase your membership online or over the phone. Please note: you can upgrade your membership at any stage through the season, even if you have already purchased a membership for the season.
How can I move my reserved seats?
If you wish to change your reserved seats, simply call the membership team on 1300 442 687 and we can have a look at what seats are available. We can change your seats at any stage during the season.
How do I renew my membership?
You can login to your GIANTS MyAccount and renew your 2025 membership by following the prompts. Alternatively, you can call GIANTS Membership Staff on 1300 442 687 and we can renew your 2025 membership over the phone
Payment Options
What are my payment options?
We accept all VISA & Mastercard, cheque, money orders, EFTPOS and cash on game days or GIANTS events. If signing up or renewing over the phone, we only accept VISA & Mastercard payments.
What is the GIANTS Easy Pay Monthly option?
GIANTS Monthly Easy Pay allows members to pay their membership in 10 equal monthly instalments. This option applies to all our membership categories and is at no extra cost. The payments are taken on the 3rd (or the next business day following the 3rd) of each month from your nominated credit card. The first instalment will be deducted at the time of processing your 2025 membership, with further instalments deducted on the 3rd of every month from November 2024 -August 2025. Your membership will automatically roll over the following season.
What is the GIANTS Easy Pay Annual option?
Choose the Easy Pay Annual option and your membership payment will automatically be deducted from your nominated credit card in full prior to each season.
Membership Packs
How long will my membership pack take to arrive?
If you have purchased your 2025 membership before November 15, you would have received your membership pack prior to Christmas. If you purchase from January onwards, your packs should arrive within 10-15 working days. If you have not received your membership pack four weeks after your purchase please contact membership staff on 1300 442 687 or membership@gwsgiants.com.au and we can offer further assistance
Are membership cards back in 2025?
Yes, physical membership cards are available in 2025. Members must opt-in for a physical membership card at the time of renewal of their membership. Members who are on GIANTS Easy Pay rollover will have until November 15 to opt in for a physical card. Whist cards are back, we are still encouraging member to opt for a digital card where possible.
Why didn’t I receive a membership card, but I received a pack?
Membership cards are an opt-in. As a default, if you didn’t select your preference between a pack and a voucher, or a card and digital ticketing, you will receive a membership pack with all ticketing done through the GIANTS app. If you do wish to receive a membership card, please reach out to our membership team on 1300 442 687 who will be able to assist.
Is digital ticketing being used for GIANTS home games in season 2025?
Yes, all GIANTS home games at both ENGIE Stadium and Manuka Oval will be encouraging digital ticketing. Members can access their tickets via the GIANTS app and login to MyAccount. If members cannot access digital ticketing due to their mobile phone device not being compatible, please opt for a physical membership card.
Some of our membership packs haven't arrived?
Our membership packs are sent out separately so if not all of your family members receive the packs at the same time, don't worry! Follow the live tracker included in the dispatch email. If it has not arrived after a further two weeks, please contact the GIANTS Membership Team
Membership Ticketing
How do I access matches?
Unless the match is deemed a fully reserved seat event, GIANTS members are able to access games through the “My Tickets” section of the GIANTS app. If you opted to receive a member's card, you are also able to scan in with this. In the event that a game is declared a fully reserved event, how to reserve your seat will be communicated via email prior to the event.
Why isn't my barcode scanning at the gate?
Your barcode may not scan for a few reasons. It may be because you have missed 2+ payments towards your GIANTS Easy Pay. The GIANTS reserve the right to block a barcode until payment has been made. Your digital membership card may also not scan if you have used up all of your entitlements, or you are not entitled to enter a match. E.g. A Canberra member entering a Sydney match or vice versa. Visit GIANTS membership staff outside Gate D at ENGIE Stadium or the West Gate at Manuka Oval if your barcode is not scanning at a game.

I'm a General Admission member, how can I upgrade to a reserved seat for a game?
GA members can upgrade their seat to a reserved seat through Ticketmaster and enter in their 12-digit barcode. At Manuka Oval, contact Ticketek before or at the game and enter in your 12-digit barcode on the back of your GIANTS Membership card.
My child is a 3-Game General Admission member. How can I purchase a ticket next to them?
You can purchase a General Admission ticket through Ticketmaster for games at ENGIE Stadium and Ticketek for games at Manuka Oval. You will be able to sit together if there are seats available as general admission is unallocated seating.
Please note: General Admission is subject to capacity.
I'm an interstate member, how do I redeem my free ticket?
QLD, TAS, WA, NT and SA GIANTS will be sent an email a month prior to the game, with a link to register for the away game ticketing in their home state. Members will be able to nominate the game they wish to attend (if there is more than one game in the season) and tickets will be emailed. Interstate membership cards will not provide access to away games. Victorian GIANTS can use their member cards to access games they are entitled to attend. If you wish to upgrade to a reserved seat or purchase tickets for friends, simply enter in your 12-digit barcode on the back of your member card into Ticketek (for games at the MCG) and Ticketmaster (for games at Marvel Stadium).
Finals Questions
How do I purchase finals tickets?
The GIANTS will communicate information relating to Grand Final Ticketing to members once arrangements are finalised should we be participating in finals series. This information will be communicated via email and on the GIANTS website. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their contact information is correct and that they have familiarised themselves with this information. Those members with Priority/Guaranteed Access (Ultimate Members and 200 Club) will be required to follow the appropriate procedures as communicated by the Club in order to access a ticket. Members who do not follow the procedure as outlined by the Club will forfeit their right to access a Grand Final ticket.
I'm a reserved seat member at ENGIE Stadium. Will I sit in my reserved seat for finals?
If the GIANTS play a home final at ENGIE Stadium, you will not be entitled to your reserved seat from the home and away season. You will need to purchase a ticket through Ticketmaster, should you wish to attend. Finals matches are AFL run
What does priority access to finals and priority 1/2/3/4 etc access to the Grand final mean?
All members receive priority access to finals for weeks 1 – 3 of the final’s series. This means you will have access to tickets prior to the general public for games played by the GIANTS in finals.
For the Grand Final, if the GIANTS are competing, there are different levels of priority. To get tickets to the Grand Final, members need to register in the Grand Final ballot. Each priority gives you a different period of time to register in the ballot.
For example, priority one will get the first option to register, followed by priority 2 and so on. The club received a total of 17,500 tickets to the Grand Final for members to purchase

General FAQs
How do I access my Kayo code?
Your Kayo code should be with you 12 – 24 hours after purchasing your 2025 DIGITAL GIANT membership. This should be sent through to the email you used to register for the membership. If you haven’t received your code in this timeframe, please reach out to the membership team on 1300 442 687 or membership@gwsgiants.com.au.
Why do I receive emails from you but my family don't? We have the same email?
Our database does not allow one email address to be used across multiple memberships. All members are requested to have an individual email address registered on their database record. If a member does not have their own email address we group them to a single account structure however that member will not receive personal emails from us.
Why aren’t I receiving emails from the GIANTS anymore?
Please check your GIANTS MyAccount and see if you are subscribed to receive emails and your email address is correct. If you are subscribed, please contact your email provider and "allow" emails from GWS GIANTS. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact GIANTS Membership Staff who can investigate the matter further.
I am having GIANTS app issues:
Please delete and re-install the app to ensure you have the latest version of the app installed on your device. If the issue still persists, you can also visit the team at the membership hub outside gate D on gameday.
I can’t find my barcodes:
Your barcodes are available in the GIANTS app in the “my barcodes” section.
I can’t find my membership vouchers:
Your membership vouchers should be available in the GIANTS app at the bottom of the “my barcodes” section.
What are the concession requirements?
A concession member is classified as any person who currently holds a concession card issued by Centerlink or Department of Veteran Affairs, Health and Community Services, Disability Support, War Veterans, War Widows. Student Concessions are available to any full-time student. The club also requires proof of concession before the membership card is sent out. This can be done by sending a copy of the concession via mail (PO Box 7112, Silverwater, NSW 2128) or email membership@gwsgiants.com.au. Also note random spot checks of concession cards will be conducted at all games. Please note a seniors card is not applicable for the concession discount.
Up until what age can I bring my child for free?
Juniors aged under 5 can attend matches for free, as long as they are not occupying a seat.
How do I update my credit card and contact details?
To update your personal details, login to your personal GIANTS account via your online account manager. You must make a payment in order for the change to take effect online. Alternatively call us on 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687) or email membership@gwsgiants.com.au.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Yes, however we do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient's name. You will need to know the name, address and DOB of the person(s) you are purchasing the membership for. Please call us on 1300 442 687 to arrange.
Are we able to come to training?
Yes! Open training will return to GIANTS HQ in 2025

How can I join the GIANTS’ Cheer Squad?
To be part of the GIANTS Cheer Squad, you can purchase the Cheer Squad add on. Please note: This is a add on and you will need a GIANTS game access membership to be part of the Cheer Squad and gain access to matches and finals.
AFL Members with GIANTS as their club of support
If you are an AFL Member with the GIANTS nominated as your club of support, you are able to scan your member card to gain access to all GIANTS home games at either ENGIE Stadium or Manuka Oval. Please note that access to the General Admission seating area is subject to capacity and if you would like to be guaranteed access to a seat, you are best to pre purchase a ticket
What is my membership number and how do I find it?
Your membership number or account ID is a 6 or 7-digit number that we use to locate your account on our database. You can find this number on the back of your member card and on all email correspondence from the club. When contacting the club, please have your membership number handy so we can locate your account
How is my membership number different to my barcode?
Your membership barcode is located through your MyAccount on the GIANTS app, under my membership. You will use this barcode when purchasing tickets through Ticketek or Ticketmaster. Please note your barcode will change each season when you are issued a newmembership card.
How many juniors are in a family membership?
A family membership includes 2 adults and up to 4 juniors under the age of 15 as of 1 January, 2010.
