Zell was appointed to the role of Executive General Manager - AFLW and Football Operations in 2024.

The experienced sports administrator joined the GIANTS in 2013 and steadily rose through the ranks over her first 11 seasons where prior to becoming the club’s head of AFLW she held the role of Executive General Manager - Media, Content and Corporate Affairs.

Zell enters her third season in the role in 2026.
