Taken with pick four in the 2024 Draft, Howley enjoyed a strong debut AFLW season in 2025, playing in all 12 games and contributing strongly as an inside midfielder. Howley joined the GIANTS as one of the best underage ball winners in the country, following starring seasons with the Geelong Falcons and Vic Country. A speedy and versatile midfielder with elite consistency, Howley was a back-to-back U18 All Australian and Coates Talent League Team of the Year member prior to being snapped up by the GIANTS. Howley is blessed with sharp skills, a high footy IQ and a knack for finding the footy. Howley first burst onto the scene in 2023 after claiming the Coates Talent League best and fairest as an under-age prospect and continued to elevate her game across 2024 to finish runner-up in the award. Howley was also member of the AFLW Academy prior to being drafted. After a strong debut season in 2025, Howley will be looking to take her game to another level in 2026.
