An Academy product and Western Sydney local, Brodee Mowbray was selected by the GIANTS with pick 55 in the 2021 NAB AFLW Draft. Renowned for her relentless pressure, work rate and physicality, Mowbray’s multisport background has helped shape her into a valuable contributor in the GIANTS’ line-up. After overcoming an ACL injury that interrupted her development, Mowbray returned to the AFLW stage in 2024 and has continued to increase her impact at the top level as a dangerous mid-sized forward, who can also impact around the ball. With her defensive intensity, athleticism and ability to create opportunities inside forward 50, Mowbray has established herself as an important part of Cam Bernasconi’s front half.
