Born in Victoria, Newman spent time with Melbourne, Collingwood, and the Swans, after originally being recruited by the Demons as a free agent in 2016. A speedy and elusive footballer who loves to run and carry, Newman can play as a permanent forward or on the wing. Playing five games for the GIANTS in her first season at the club in 2024, Newman will be looking to become a permanent part of the side in 2025 amongst an exciting young forward line.
