A Sydney local, Fletcher was signed to the GIANTS ahead of the 2025 AFLW season as a replacement player for retired club legend Pepa Randall. A young utility capable of playing as both an inside midfielder and a tough defender, Fletcher was a train-on for the club’s AFLW program for the previous two years before joining the GIANTS’ official AFLW list last season. Prior to joining the GIANTS Fletcher played for North Melbourne’s VFLW side, locally for the Paramatta Goannas, as well as representing AFL NSW/ACT in a state clash against Tasmania where she was named best on ground. Fletcher will be hoping a clean bill of health can help her break into Cam Bernasconi’s side in 2026 after a season-ending hip injury suffered in round one last year restricted her to just the one game.
