Four players have been added to the squad to face Collingwood at the MCG on Sunday afternoon.
Captain Toby Greene has been included in the squad and will prove his fitness at main training on Friday after missing last week’s loss to the Bulldogs with an ankle injury.
Also added to the squad are last week’s sub, James Peatling, forward Jake Riccardi and young defender Cameron Fleeton.
Small forward Peatling made an immediate impact after coming on in the third quarter as the sub last week, picking up seven touches and using his speed to his advantage.
Riccardi kicked three goals in three quarters in last week’s VFL clash and has kicked 11 goals over the past three weeks as he pushes for a return to the AFL team.
Fleeton starred in the VFL last week, collecting 31 touches and 10 marks playing as a key defender, with the third-year GIANT edging closer to an AFL debut.
The GIANTS take on the Magpies at the MCG on Sunday with the final team to be named at 5pm on Friday.
