Preparing for Member On-Sale 

Ensure you have a Ticketmaster and/or Ticketek account set up and log in to your account ahead of the on-sale to save time during the checkout process. 

Ticketmaster Venues: ENGIE Stadium, Optus Stadium, The Gabba 
Ticketek Venues: Adelaide Oval, MCG, People First Stadium 

You will receive an email each week confirming member on-sale dates and times and providing the link to access the member on-sale. 

Membership Barcodes 

To purchase tickets in the member on-sale in weeks 1-3 you will need your member barcodes. These will be sent to you in the member on-sale email ahead of each member on-sale, you can also view these in the GIANTS app by selecting “My Barcodes” or by logging into the Members Hub on the GIANTS membership website. Membership barcodes will remain the same throughout the finals. 

If you can’t locate your barcodes, please contact your GIANTS membership team by calling 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687) or by emailing membership@gwsgiants.com.au. 

When entering your barcodes on the ticketing site during the member on-sale, ensure any letters at the front of the barcode are removed, e.g. Ad, as well as any commas. 

These letters indicate the membership type and corresponding ticket type that will be able to be accessed, for example junior memberships can only access junior tickets in the member on-sale. 

If entering multiple barcodes at the same time, each barcode should be entered on a new line, e.g.:

We recommend you don’t share your barcode with anyone as it provides you access to the member on-sale in weeks 1-3 of the finals, and access to the Grand Final ballot. 

 

Cheer Squad Ticketing - 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series 

GIANTS Cheer Squad members will receive direct communication each week of finals (including the Grand Final) regarding access to the Cheer Squad allocation. 

Cheer Squad members wishing to sit with other members - or in other locations - can purchase in the member on-sale via Ticketmaster or Ticketek. 

 

200 Club Members Tickets - 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series 

Members of the 200 Club receive guaranteed access to tickets for all GIANTS finals matches (including the Grand Final). Direct communication will be sent each week to provide access to this allocation. 

200 Club members wishing to sit with other members - or in other locations - can purchase in the member on-sale via Ticketmaster or Ticketek. 

 

AFL Member – GIANTS Club of Support 

If you are an AFL member who nominated the GIANTS as your club of support, please contact AFL Membership to confirm details regarding your access to tickets. 

 

Accessible Seating 

Ticketmaster – GIANTS members can book accessible tickets by submitting a request to Ticketmaster via the webform.

Ticketek – GIANTS members can book accessible tickets online via the member on-sale by selecting the accessible option after entering your barcodes.

Further information regarding requesting accessible seating in the Grand Final ballot will be provided in the coming weeks. 

 

2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final Ticketing Information 

Grand Final Ballot 

Should the GIANTS qualify for a Preliminary Final, eligible GIANTS members will be required to register their intent to purchase a Grand Final ticket.   

The Grand Final Ballot will be held on Wednesday, September 17 should the GIANTS win a Semi Final. 

Registrations will be conducted between 8am and 6pm, with all priority group registrations commencing and concluding at the same time, operating concurrently. 

Priority 1 – 8am to 6pm 

Priority 2 – 8am to 6pm 

Priority 3 – 8am to 6pm 

You can register for 1 ticket per membership barcode, up to 8 tickets/barcodes at a time.  

A maximum of 8 tickets can be registered for at a time, registrations for more than one ticket are ‘one in all in’ or ‘one out all out’ - group bookings will not be split. You can register at any time during the registration period. All registrations within your priority group will be randomised prior to tickets being allocated. If you are Priority 1 or 2 and register in a lower priority group your registration and ticket allocation will then sit within this lower priority group. 

When registering you will have the choice between registering for tickets including standing room or not including standing room. We recommend registering for tickets including standing room, provided you are happy to receive a standing room ticket and will be able to stand for the duration of the match. If you choose no standing room, please note that should there only be standing room tickets remaining when your ballot registration is processed, you will not receive a Grand Final ticket.

A registration fee applies to cover the cost of administering the ballot and processing registrations. This fee is non-refundable. The same credit card will then be used to process payment for tickets should the GIANTS qualify for the Grand Final and should your ballot registration be successful. 

You are not able to specify what price category of seat you would like to register for, subject to the GIANTS qualifying for the Grand Final. Ticketek will then process the ballot registrations, take payment, and issue tickets. You should ensure that your credit card has funds available to cover the cost of the range of ticket prices, i.e. to potentially pay for Level 2 reserved seat tickets for all members/barcodes you registered. 

Priority 1 registrations will be randomised and tickets then allocated in order to this group. Following this, Priority 2 registrations will be randomised and tickets then allocated in order to this group. Finally, Priority 3 registrations will be randomised and tickets then allocated in order to this group.  

If required, the randomisation will also determine the members who are unsuccessful in obtaining a Grand Final ticket, should the number of registrations exceed the number of tickets available. 

If you are successful in the ballot, tickets will be available in your Ticketek account from 9am on Monday, September 22. You will also receive an email from the GIANTS and from Ticketek noting the outcome of the ballot, and can check whether your registration was successful, unsuccessful, or failed (i.e. payment failed) on the Ticketek website from 9am on Monday, September 22. 

Should your credit card fail there is a very short window to complete payment and still receive Grand Final tickets. If payment continues to fail these tickets will be returned for sale to other members. If you become aware of a failed payment please contact Ticketek by calling 03 7003 6245 between 9am and 8pm on Monday, September 22.

Should the GIANTS qualify for a preliminary final a Grand Final ballot will be conducted, and we will provide a GIANTS members registration guide, and an accessible seating GIANTS members registration guide prior to the ballot.
