Vote for co-captain Callan Ward's courageous mark against the Swans for the Lifebroker Mark of the Year.

Ward is one of three nominees from Round 1 for his stellar mark going back with the flight of the ball deep in defence in the third quarter.

With scores tight mid-way through the third term, Ward's mark set the tone for the GIANTS to run over the top of the Swans in the final quarter for a historic victory.

AFL fans will be given the chance to vote for their favorite mark each week in order to go into the running for the weekly cash prize of $200 and the major cash prize of $5000 at the end of the season, thanks to Lifebroker.

Weekly nominees will be selected by the AFL Media editorial team and the weekly winners will be determined by public voting.

Voting opens 12pm each round the day after the last game and will close the night before commencement of the next round (exact days of the week may change depending on fixture).

At the conclusion of the home and away season, the All-Australian Selection Committee shall select the three best goals and marks from the 23 weekly selections. The selection will be based on a 5/4/3/2/1 vote given by each member of the selection committee.

Lifebroker General Manager, Niall McConville, recognised Lifebroker’s continued support of the Lifebroker Mark of the Year competition for 2014.
