Whether it’s the aroma coming from the nine different Multicultural food stalls or the sights and sounds of the main stage, there is something for everyone at the GIANTS FREE AFL Multicultural Festival.

The Festival, presented by Australia Post and supported by Multicultural NSW, has over 19 different cultures represented and runs from 12pm-6pm on Saturday in Cathy Freeman Park, next door to Spotless Stadium.

The Festival is part of the 2017 Toyota AFL Multicultural Round, which highlights the contribution multicultural communities have made to the game’s history and welcomes new communities to embrace Australian Football as fans, players, umpires or administrators.

The GIANTS will host Fremantle at Spotless Stadium on Saturday at 2.10pm as the showpiece game for Multicultural Round.

Saturday’s celebrations will focus on the Arabic community as well as a host of other diverse nationalities.

Come along to the GIANTS v Dockers clash early or hang around after, with plenty of opportunities to soak up the atmosphere and colour.
