The GIANTS are disappointed that fans were delayed by long queues outside StarTrack Oval, Canberra for the NAB Challenge match against the Swans on Thursday night.

GIANTS CEO David Matthews said: "The NAB Challenge is run by the AFL which is looking into what caused the delays with Ticketek.

"We are also seeking an explanation to ensure there is no repeat when our own games commence in Canberra, starting with the match against the Western Bulldogs on April 12.

"As Canberra's AFL club, we want to ensure the best possible service is offered to fans who attend GIANTS games.

"As a gesture of goodwill to those affected and the broader Canberra football community we will offer half price tickets for a limited time to our first Toyota AFL Premiership season match against the Western Bulldogs at StarTrack Oval, Canberra on April 12."

The offer is open to all fans between 9am today, Saturday February 22 and 5pm Monday February 24.
