Joseph Carrozzi has been elected Deputy Chairman of the Greater Western Sydney GIANTS.

Mr Carrozzi is Managing Partner, PwC, where his responsibility is to lead the firm's Sydney office at its biggest location in Australia.

He also holds a number of not-for-profit positions, including Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, member of the Local Organising Committee for the AFC Asian Cup 2015 and the NSW Government's Multicultural Business Advisory Panel (MBAP).

He was raised in Liverpool in Western Sydney, joined the GIANTS Board in 2011 and chairs the GIANTS Audit & Risk Committee.

GIANTS Chairman Tony Shepherd congratulated Mr Carrozzi on his election as Deputy Chairman.

"Joseph has been a tireless advocate for the GIANTS and AFL since he joined the Board in 2011 and as someone who comes from Western Sydney he is passionate about the development and growth of the region," he said.

"We look forward to his continuing contribution as we build a great club like no other that wins premierships, delivers best family entertainment and enriches the lives of people in Western Sydney and Canberra."
