It will be the biggest AFL game NSW has ever seen as the GIANTS face off against the Swans in a Qualifying Final at ANZ Stadium on Saturday, September 10.

As round 23 came to a close on Sunday evening, the GIANTS finished the 2016 season in fourth place on the AFL ladder with 16 wins for the year.

The GIANTS’ 37-point win over North Melbourne on Saturday night secured them a top four spot and a double chance in their inaugural finals series.

With the Swans finishing on top of the ladder in first place, the GIANTS will take on their cross-town rivals in a blockbuster Sydney Derby in Qualifying Final 1.
