Greater Western Sydney GIANTS Co-Captain Phil Davis remains in hospital in Sydney on Monday night after injuring his kidney against the Swans last Saturday.
 
Davis received an accidental knock to his back during the first quarter of the game. He played out the match and was taken to hospital afterwards and has undergone treatment for his injury.
 
General Manager of Football Graeme Allan said: “Phil is in good care and we will continue to monitor his progress. His family is with him in Sydney and we will provide a further update when it is available.”
 
The club has no further comment at this time.
