GIANTS star Toby Greene will return for Sunday’s clash with North Melbourne in Hobart on Sunday afternoon.

The GIANTS have named their 26-man squad for the Tassie match with Greene confirmed to return after three weeks out with a shoulder injury.

He’ll resume the role as stand-in skipper after Josh Kelly led the team for the previous fortnight.

Adam Kennedy (shoulder) and Matt de Boer (hamstring) have both been named on the extended interchange on the comeback from long-term injuries, with the final team to be named at 5pm on Friday.

Kennedy underwent a shoulder reconstruction in the pre-season while de Boer hurt his hamstring in round three.

Also named on the extended interchange are Jake Stein, Tanner Bruhn and last round’s medi-sub Callum Brown.

Jake Riccardi and Matt Buntine have been omitted.

Former skipper Phil Davis will return to the field this weekend via the VFL with the GIANTS taking on Aspley at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday.

The final 22 will be named at giants.afl on Friday at 5pm.
