GIANTS forward Toby Greene has been charged by the Match Review Officer for making unreasonable or unnecessary contact to the eye region of Brisbane’s Lachie Neale during the second quarter of Saturday night’s semi-final.
Greene can accept a one-match sanction with an early plea. The incident was assessed as intentional conduct with low impact and high contact, which carries a one-match sanction.
The GIANTS take on Collingwood in a Preliminary Final at the MCG on Saturday evening.
