The GIANTS will go into Saturday afternoon’s Elimination Final against the Swans with a host of returning players to pick from with seven players taken off the injury list.

Toby Greene (hamstring), Ryan Griffen (hamstring), Brett Deledio (calf), Matt de Boer (hamstring), Aidan Corr (groin) and Sam Taylor (hamstring) could all line up against the Swans after overcoming their respective injuries.

“I’d expect all of them to be available for selection this week,” said GIANTS Head of Athletic Performance David Joyce.

“They’ve come through the last couple of weeks really well, we’ve got their loads up and they’ve been exposed to a lot of quality footy stuff so they’ll all be available.”

Matt Flynn (quad) has also been taken off the injury list.

Greene has had an interrupted year with foot problems but returned for four games between rounds 17 and 20 before a slight hamstring strain caused him to miss the last three matches of the season.

Deledio, Taylor and de Boer have also been sidelined since round 20 while Griffen only missed the final game of the season against Melbourne. Corr hasn’t played since round 18 but played the first 17 games of the season in a row.

Joyce also confirmed Rory Lobb will be fit to face the Swans after spending the last quarter of the GIANTS’ loss to the Demons on the bench.

“He’s good to go,” Joyce said.

“He just tightened up in his back a little bit but we’re tracking along normally with him, he’s had a full couple of weeks of training, he’s as good as gold.”
