Brownlow Votes: -The GIANTS selected Setanta O’hAilpin with pick 79 in the 2011 NAB AFL Draft after the Irishman played 80 games for the Carlton Football Club.
O’hAilpin played only one game in the 2012 season, booting two goals against his old club in Round 6 before tearing his ACL.
The popular GIANTS’ recruit has been in rehabilitation for the majority of 2012 and was awarded the inaugural GIANTS Lend Lease Community Footprint Award at the club’s best and fairest.

The GWS GIANTS selected Setanta with pick number 79 in the 2011 NAB AFL Draft after the Carlton Football Club delisted him.
The big Irishman was originally born in Bankstown in Western Sydney and will add considerable size and strength to the GIANTS developing squad in 2012.
He is a solidly built tall forward who kicked four goals in the last home and away game against St Kilda. Played both finals for the Blues this year.
