The GIANTS today launched a groundbreaking partnership that will deliver world-class early education across two new childcare and early education centres in Sydney.

‘Little GIANTS‘ is an early education service as a result of an innovative partnership between the GIANTS and Oxanda Education - the first of its kind in the AFL - that will set a new standard in early childhood education in New South Wales.

With two newly-built early education centres now operating in Auburn and Killara, the GIANTS and Oxanda Education are delivering on a shared commitment to providing opportunities to families in Western Sydney and New South Wales more broadly.

The Little GIANTS learning centres provide children with state-of-the-art facilities, an extended early learning curriculum and a health and fitness program aimed at establishing a life-long love of learning and sense of wellbeing.

Aside from providing an array of benefits for GIANTS members, the partnership will see players from both the AFL and AFL Women’s teams spend time with children and families in the centres, all of which have distinct GIANTS theming.

Oxanda Education Founder and Managing Director – and GIANTS Director - Adrian Fonseca said the partnership was an integral part of Oxanda Education’s growth and commitment to community.

“As a family owned childcare provider, it is our privilege to offer all families the very best start to their child’s learning journey through nature-inspired playgrounds, richly-resourced learning environments, the latest early education technology, and a leading edge curriculum led by passionate and highly-trained early childhood educators,” Mr Fonseca said.

“We passionately back the GIANTS’ mantra of ‘There’s a GIANT in all of us,’ and at Little GIANTS we aim to unlock the highest potential within every child.”

GIANTS Chief Executive Officer, David Matthews, said the partnership was a natural fit for both the GIANTS and Oxanda Education.

“This partnership continues to forge strong relationships with our local communities that will see the GIANTS play a key role in the lives of families in New South Wales for many years to come,” Mr Matthews said.

“We are proud to be involved in such an innovative partnership that will provide education opportunities for families in Western Sydney.

“As a club we always seek out opportunities that are aligned with our purpose and brand and increase our commitment to, and engagement with, the communities in which we operate. The Little GIANTS early education centres do exactly that, while enlarging the GIANTS’ footprint across New South Wales.”

The launch of Little GIANTS further extends Oxanda Education’s partnership with the GIANTS, with the education provider already a nutrition partner within the club’s community outreach program, GIANTS Care.

Little GIANTS will expand through NSW with six more centres currently in development and due to open within the next 24 months.

Founded in 2013 by Adrian Fonseca, Oxanda Education is a top-tier operator of early learning centres with industry leading facilities across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
