2017 GIANTS membership packs have now been sent after an unavoidable delay due to the club's membership cap and scarf supplier being placed into receivership.
The GIANTS would like to thank you for your patience in regards to your membership packs. We sincerely apologise that despite a dedicated effort, we could not have your membership packs to you prior to Christmas.
Unfortunately, we experienced a delay in dispatching our membership packs due to the appointment of receivers for the club’s membership cap and scarf supplier, BLK.
However, we are happy to inform you that if you have purchased a 2017 GIANTS Membership, your membership pack will be sent shortly and will arrive in the next few weeks!
Your caps and scarves, however, will not be sent with your membership packs and will be available for collection at selected GIANTS home games during the 2017 season.
If you are unable to make a GIANTS home game or live interstate, alternative arrangements will be made. The selected games for collection will be communicated in the near future.
If you have recently purchased a GIANTS membership, please be advised that packs may be delayed due to Chinese New Year but that entry to pre-season matches will not be affected and arrangements will be made.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
