Be there for the GIANTS’ second home game in Sydney for 2016 as they take on fellow expansion club, the Gold Coast Suns, in a big game on Saturday afternoon at Spotless Stadium. 

Family tickets start from just $48 for two adults and two children with adult tickets from just $24, concessions $16 and juniors $5.

GIANTS Care is an innovative and meaningful community initiative like no other program run by a sporting club across Australia. It provides the vehicle to help deliver on the four key pillars of the club's community agenda which are Health, Harmony, Education and Employment.

Some of Australia’s most respected organisations with a like-minded vision for the Western Sydney community joined together to make GIANTS Care possible. The seven foundation partners of GIANTS Care are Lend Lease, Virgin Australia, Oxanda, ANZ, Linfox, Origin and The Daily and Sunday Telegraph.

This round will celebrate the work of the program and how it’s helping our communities in Western Sydney.

Showtime FMX:

Showtime FMX is Australia’s longest running professional Freestyle Moto X team! Their athletes are ranked amongst the best in the world, competing and placing in the Red Bull X Fighters, regularly touring with Nitro Circus and frequency winning national competitions. This weekend they will be performing LIVE during kick-to-kick in front of the big screen – make sure you stick around to watch the show! 

Junior Clubs March:

Junior clubs from all over Western Sydney will do a pre-game march around Spotless Stadium to celebrate their AFL juniors season so make sure you’re at the ground early to cheer on more than 1400 local junior players.

Location:

Spotless Stadium is located in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct just minutes from Olympic Park Station and across from ANZ Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena (formerly Allphones Arena).

Public Transport:

Travelling by trains to Sydney Olympic Park is FREE with your match ticket or membership card and trains depart Lidcombe station every 10 minutes until midnight. 

Sydney buses will operate to a regular weekend timetable. Route 525 operates between Parramatta and Burwood via Sydney Olympic Park (cost not included in your match ticket).

Parking:

Parking is available throughout Sydney Olympic Park. Pre-purchasing tickets to these car parks is recommended with the P1 carpark being within the closest proximity to Spotless Stadium. To find out more, click here.

Post Match:

Head down the road to the GIANTS’ Learning Life Centre at 1 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park straight after kick to kick for a huge post-match event with all the GIANTS players. There’ll be plenty of free family entertainment for all with the GIANTS Fan Zone, along with food and beverages available to purchase.

We’ll also host our very first People’s Presser where you’ll have the chance to ask the hard questions of coach Leon Cameron and a few of his star players after the game. It will kick off in the GIANTS’ Learning Life Centre at GIANTS HQ around 8.45pm with all fans and members welcome to attend.

Broadcast Information:

This game will be shown live on Fox Footy (channel 504) across the nation and on 7mate in New South Wales and the ACT from 4.30pm EST.

GIANTS Radio:

This weekend’s game will see the launch of GIANTS Radio for the first time. 

Unashamedly parochial towards the home team, GIANTS Radio will work hard to provide listeners with more information about the GIANTS to provide a healthy blend of information and entertainment.

Respected broadcaster Russell Barwick will lead the commentary with Brad Miller in the Expert Comments chair.
