Everyone knows GIANTS players are talented footballers but how much do you really know about their lives off the field? Here are five things you didn’t know about defender Joel Patfull:
1) Surfs Up – I try to get out at least two or three times a week for a surf. I usually hit the water at Bondi or Bronte for a wave whenever I can.2) Omelet Obsession – Every single morning as part of my routine I’ll have an omelet for breakfast to start the day. Can’t go past a combination of avocado, tomato and goats cheese.
3) New York, New York – My favourite place to travel in the off-season is New York. I’ve been four times and love the atmosphere of the city. I have good friends over there so it’s always good to catch up with them. If I wasn’t a footballer, I’d probably be a vagabond who just travels the world.4) Favourite Flick – I don’t mind a good action drama. My favourite movie would have to be The Departed with Leo DiCaprio and Matt Damon. My favourite TV show is True Detective.
