The GIANTS host Adelaide at Spotless Stadium on Saturday and we have eight reasons why you simply can’t miss this round eight clash.

1) It’s fourth v fifth on the AFL ladder and both sides are sitting on five wins and two losses this season. The GIANTS and Crows are playing exciting football and both will be looking to continue their great start to 2015.

2) The GIANTS will be attempting to make history against Adelaide by winning three AFL matches in a row. This could be the best chance yet for the GIANTS to record a hat-trick of wins for the first time.

3) It’s Family Fun Day at Spotless Stadium with some great entertainment on offer. There will be kick-to-kick on the field post match, brought to you by Slater and Gordon. There will also be a player signing session and fun activities throughout the afternoon.

4) Australian rocker Shannon Noll will be performing on the Virgin Australia Stage at both half time and post-match. With ten top-10 singles, five top-10 albums and six Aria nominations, this is one performance not to be missed.

5) SES volunteers will be stationed at the Woolworths AFL playground with a fire rescue truck to speak about the recent storms in Sydney. It’s a great opportunity to thank them in person for their tireless efforts responding to all the damage caused.

6) Travelling by trains to Sydney Olympic Park is FREE with your membership or match ticket. Trains depart Lidcombe station every 10 minutes.

7) To celebrate Family Fun Day on Saturday the GIANTS are offering $48 family passes (2 adults and 2 kids). Take advantage of this great deal and bring the entire family to Spotless Stadium without breaking the bank.

8) It could be a shoot-out at both ends of the ground with some of the Coleman Medal favourites going head-to-head. Watch a high-scoring match as Jeremy Cameron (24 goals) and Cam “Sunshine” McCarthy (17 goals) lock horns with dangerous Adelaide forwards Eddie Betts (26 goals) and Taylor Walker (21 goals).

The first bounce of GIANTS v Adelaide will be at the family friendly time of 2.10pm. Click HERE for tickets.
