GIANTS forward Jeremy Cameron has been cleared to play this weekend after injuring his nose against West Coast at Domain Stadium.

Cameron came from the field after suffering a heavy knock in the first quarter but played out the rest of the game.

There were no other injuries to report from the match.

PM CAPITAL GIANTS Academy graduate Jeremy Finlayson is nearing his return after undergoing hip surgery in November.

Finlayson, who was selected with pick 85 in the 2014 NAB AFL Draft, is on track to play his first match next week.

Jon Patton (knee), Lachie Plowman (elbow), Adam Tomlinson (toe), Rhys Palmer (shoulder) Liam Sumner (wrist), Jacob Townsend (foot) and Sam Schulz (hip) remain in the rehab group and are expected to return to the field in the coming weeks.

The GIANTS will clash with reigning premiers Hawthorn at Spotless Stadium on Saturday at 4.35pm.
